EVMWD is requesting proposals for Engineering Design Services for Sedco Hills Septic to Sewer Planning and Avenues Septic to Sewer Planning Projects (WO# C1909/C2238) located in the cities of Wildomar and Lake Elsinore. The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) intends to retain professional engineering design services to prepare the Preliminary Design Report, including the 30% design package and final construction plans, and specifications for the subject projects. two contracts: 1 . The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price to Springettsbury Township, and having a surety thereon such company as may be acceptable to the Township. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid, made payable to Springettsbury Township. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof whichever is in the best interest of the Township. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
