Buncombe County seeks a non-profit partner to design and implement an employment program, on a pilot basis, for individuals experiencing homelessness to work with the County's Solid Waste Department to help remove trash on County property, secondary NCDOT roadsides, and provide general ground maintenance as needed Written questions shall be emailed to Ron.Venturella@Buncombcounty.org by the date and time specified above. Vendors should enter "RFP Roadside Waste Removal Questions" as the subject for the email. Questions submittals should include a reference to the applicable RFP section. The pilot program is intended to be for a period of one year, at which time a determination will be made whether to continue based on initial results.
