The City of Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana ("City") hereby provides NOTICE and invites qualified consultants ("Offerors"), pursuant to Ind. Code 5-22-9 et. seq., to submit proposals for regular on demand architectural consulting services for the architectural review of elevations and development plans submitted to the city (the "RFP"). The City solicits proposals from Offerors with the following desired outcomes and deliverables: (i) provide written architectural and site design comments, suggestions, and recommendations on development plans and elevations submitted to the Planning & Zoning Department for review, (ii) review and comment on any architectural design guidelines prepared by the City or other consultant related to City projects, (iii) if needed, attend public meetings and provide verbal and written comments, suggestions or recommendations to improve the architecture of any proposed structure - attendance at meetings would be required on a limited basis, and (iv) attend internal Planning & Zoning staff meetings as requested concerning active or pending development applications, all as more specifically described in the RFP. The City anticipates entering into a professional services agreement with the Winning Offeror for one (1) year (the "Term") with the City's option to further extend the Term, if desired. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
