Site work for a water / sewer project in Neenah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work consists of furnishing all necessary engineering and design services, supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment to perform all work necessary to install the Helical Piles per the specifications described herein. The Contractor shall install Helical Piles that will develop the load capacities and at the locations detailed in the Plans. This work shall also include load testing to verify Helical Pile capacity and deflection. Estimated length of Helical Pile is shown in the Plans. Contractor shall be responsible for determining actual length of Helical Pile required to develop load capacities detailed in the Plans. For the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following major items: Helical Piling, Cast In Place Concrete, Timber Pier, Prefabricated Deck, and Metal Gateway Sign. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Neenah reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. Michael T.
