Site work for a water / sewer project in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Palm Bay is requesting Bids from qualified suppliers for Meter Installation Services, for reclaimed water meters. No commitments for future purchases for this or any other project are implied and responding Bidders should not infer any such intentions by the City. The City will be responsible for purchasing, handling and storage of "Primary Equipment," defined as Neptune water meters, Carson meter boxes, Ford angle key meter valves, and meter couplings. These materials will be available for pickup 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The awarded Contractor must coordinate with City staff for access. The contractor will be responsible for ordering, purchasing, handling and storage of "Secondary Equipment," defined as miscellaneous fittings, pipe, valves, sod, and other necessary materials required for a complete reclaimed water meter installation. Contractors shall provide a set price per meter installed to include labor and secondary equipment.
