Storm and Wastewater Systems Cleaning, Inspection and Reporting The City of Irving invites qualified Vendors to submit proposals and pricing for services that includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment and incidentals associated with cleaning, inspection and reporting for storm drain and wastewater systems of various sizes and locations within the City. Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will issued. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 8/5/2022 12:00:00 PM (CT) This contract shall be awarded for a one (1) year period of time and shall be renewable for a maximum of two (2) times for a period of two (2) years for each renewal period, if the City so desires and the Contractor notifies the City in writing within 60 days of the contract's expiration date. Consideration for renewal shall be contingent upon the Contractor's performance during the previous contract period The contract is anticipated to be awarded October 2022. The City reserves the right to reject all RFP responses, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional responses.
