Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Rockland, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Provide a quotation for City of Clarence Rockland's Telephone System Replacement. The City of Clarence-Rockland have had a NEC SV8100 Phone System installed and working since 2014. The NEC SV8100 phone system needs to be replaced. As well the City utilizes teams 365 for all data services excluding voice. Currently, the NEC SV8100 has approximately sixty (60) phones extensions associated with a Bell Canada twenty-three (23) channel/SelectCom PRI along with five (5) Direct in Dial (DID) numbers. The sixty (60) extensions are almost all located within their City Hall location at 1560 Laurier Street in Rockland. The one secondary location at 417 Lemay St in Clarence is interconnected to the NEC SV8100 via the Internet. Twenty-five (25) Legacy phone lines are spread among their various City sites as per the department/geographical spreadsheet. The City expects that the Contract will be executed the week of September 12th, 2022, and the Project is projected to be completed on or before October 3rd, 2022. The Proponent will propose the implementation schedule as a part of the RFQ submission. Last Day to Submit Questions: August 10th, 2022 bid value not released for publication
