Renovation of a hospitality development in Paducah, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
Window repair/glass replacement, replacement doors, new concrete floor, sidewalk and walkway construction, landscaping, and fencing. All work will be done in accordance with the Secretary of Interior Standards for Rehabilitation. Detail of Work: (window repair/glass replacement) Preservation brief #13 and #37: scrape, clean, replace broken glass, and repair sashes as needed; (enclose existing window opening); (New Concrete Floor)Preservation Brief #15: new interior concrete floor, front steps, railing, and handrails; (ceiling repair) repair and replace existing beadboard; (masonry repairs) Preservation Brief #2: tuckpoint interior and exterior walls as needed; (sidewalk) Preservation Brief #32: new ADA compliant approach to structure; (landscaping); (paint) Preservation Brief #10: exterior and interior paint; (fencing); (roof repair) All inquiries about this Invitation to Bid may be directed to Nic Hutchison, (270) 444-8690 or nhutchison@paducahky.gov .
