Renovation of a detention facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Guilford County Purchasing Department seeks Bids from individual or firms interested in providing services for the replacement and installation of Level 3 for Greensboro Jail Central, located at 201 S Edgeworth Street, Greensboro, NC 27401. The contractor is to provide all required labor, tools, material and equipment for the construction of replacing and installing glass in the existing frames for three (3) sets of entrance doors and windows and replace and install glass in the existing one (1) Attorney/Client Conference Room window with UL Protection Level Rating of Level 3 qualified solution. Color to match existing glass. All glass to be UL Protection Level Rating of Level 3 A Bid Deposit is NOT required for this project. Bids received after the bid date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Submissions will not be retained or returned. Bids may be held for a period of 90 days after the bid opening date. Telephone inquiries concerning the bid documents will not be responded to by the Project Manager or Guilford County.
