Site work and paving for a civil project in Parkton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Hope Mills Public Works Department is seeking proposals from experienced firms to perform construction on a segment of Thoroughbred Trail in Hope Mills, NC. This project involves the pavement rehabilitation on a section of Thoroughbred Trail that is approximately 190 linear feet in length, and approximately 27 feet in width. The proposed work includes full depth removal of the existing asphalt pavement, and aggregate base repairs. Additional work includes investigation of a source of ground water and installation of a proposed 4 perforated PVC under drain (See Specification below). Contractor to adjust location of drain based on the ground water source, and pipe the drain to the storm structure within the affected area. Repairs shall conform to the NCDOT Specifications for Road Structures, and the Town of Hope Mills Standards and Specifications. Bidders must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes and under Municipal Code 11-9.
