United Independent School District (UISD) of Laredo, Texas is requesting proposals for labor and material costs for plumbing & irrigation services, including, but not limited to, minor new installations, repairs, maintenance of various systems, subsystems, and/or equipment devices. Work will be recurring and on "as needed basis". District reserves the right to recommend one, more than one, or none of the vendors for this proposal. Services will be requested by the UISD Facilities department through Mr. Rogelio Gutierrez, Director of Facilities Maintenance & Operations. The vendor(s) selected for this project must have a solid record of quality, reliability, stability, and customer satisfaction, which can be verified. The District has the right to disqualify any vendor not meeting the specifications. Prices are to remain firm for the term of each contract period. Each vendor must provide a reference list of five (5) past projects of similar nature and size, with contact names and phone numbers. UISD expects the awarded vendor(s) to provide the full range of services based upon the requirements and specifications listed in this RFCQ.
