Outdoor lighting and renovation of an educational facility in Vienna, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for outdoor lighting for a educational facility.
As of September 16,2022, this project was not awarded and is set to re-bid early next month. Work covered by the Base Bid includes: providing new doors and hardware to create new secure vestibules at the main entrances and new site lighting. Demolition work consists of: removal of existing aluminum and hollow metal door and frame systems - interior and exterior, modification of existing ACT systems, partial demolition of existing masonry walls to create new door openings, removal of existing wood trim and wall paneling. New work consists of: Installation of new aluminum and hollow metal door and frame systems, new gypsum wall board furred out over existing masonry, new steel lintels at new door openings, new power for electronic access hardware at new doors, new building and site lighting, and all related mechanical and electrical work. Work covered by the Alternate Bid #1 includes: Demolition work consists of: removal of (3) exterior aluminum door and frame systems. New work consists of: Installation of (3) new aluminum door and frame systems and all related mechanical and electrical work. Work covered by the Alternate Bid #2 includes: Installation of new trophy cases and all related work for mounting. Work covered by the Alternate Bid #3 includes: Replacing existing interior handrails with new stainless steel handrails
