As of September 23, 2022, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid. Galeton Area School District is accepting sealed bids for a Pre-Fabricated Aluminum ADA Ramp for property located at 27 Bridge Street, Galeton, PA 16922. It is the express purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) to acquire the services of a qualified vendor to provide and install an ADA compliant wheelchair accessible aluminum ramp and/or platforms in an exterior location at the District. Bidders must review and comply with all specifications and requirements in detail and submit bids on provided forms. All envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked: Aluminum ADA Ramp Bid. The District has the right to accept and/or reject all bids submitted in accordance herewith within sixty (60) days of the bid opening. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, payment bond, and a performance bond as required by Pennsylvania law. Upon receipt of a bid by the District, the approved bidder must complete work by November 12, 2022. The District reserves the right to waive any formalities as permitted by law. Bids submitted after bid opening will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any purpose. The bids will be presented to the Board of School Directors at the regular meeting schedule for September 12, 2022 at 6:30 PM
