Renovation of a municipal facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Dunn County/County of Dunn, Wisconsin is seeking proposals for CONSTRUCTION & REFRIGERATION SERVICES for which the Dunn County has secured Community Development Block Grant- Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funding. Proposals will be accepted for CONSTRUCTION & REFRIGERATION SERVICES to include design and detailing, permitting, site preparation, grade beam foundation, 6' floor slab, 15' X 30' X 9' cooler box, refrigeration equipment, connection to existing building, power supply and lighting at Stepping Stones of Dunn County located at 1602 Stout Road, Menomonie WI 54751. Minimum requirements include previous experience in CONSTRUCTION & REFRIGERATION SERVICES on CDBG or similar state/federally funded projects. Proposals will be accepted from individuals, firms, or groups of firms with the demonstrated expertise and experience in these areas of practice. Dunn County reserves the right to terminate the selection process at any time and reject any or all offers. The County shall not be liable for any pre-contract costs incurred by interested firms participating in the selection process.
