The type of project involved is the design and construction of improvements at the Londonderry Avenue Park and Civic Center Park. The improvements includes constructing permanent playground equipment and installing picnic tables with associated appurtenances at the Londonderry Avenue Park. The improvements also include removing deteriorated playground equipment, constructing a splash pad, installing picnic tables with associated appurtenances, and installing a pavilion at the Civic Center Park. SCOPE OF SERVICES The services to be provided will include, but not be limited to: a. The design and construction of park improvements at the Londonderry Avenue Park and Civic Center Park in the Town of Boyce. The proposed park improvements are as follows: I. Install Permanent Playground Equipment at Londonderry Avenue Park II. Install 2 Picnic Tables/Benches and Associated Appurtenances III. Remove Existing Playground Equipment at Civic Center Park IV. Construction of a Splash Pad and Associated Appurtenances at Civic Center Park V. Install 2 Picnic Tables/Benches and Associated Appurtenances VI. Install a Pavilion at Civic Center. ENGINEERING SERVICES SELECTION CRITERIA The Town of Boyce will select a firm based on Threshold Requirements and Scoring Criteria. All proposers/offerors must meet the minimum Threshold Requirements detailed below. Proposers that do not meet the Threshold Requirements will be excluded from competition for this service. Scoring Rating Factors After the initial threshold review is complete, the Town of Boyce will determine all eligible firms and score each submittal based on the factors detailed below.
