Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The successful Mechanical Contractor shall act as General Contractor for the project, and shall be responsible for all subtrades providing services to complete this project. The Mechanical Contractor shall engage Electrical, Plumbing, Ventilation, Controls, Millwork, Concrete, and all appropriate tradesman as required for completion the project. All tradesman shall be experienced working on projects with comparable scope and magnitude, and be available to carry out the project to meet all scheduled milestones. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Bidders must conform to Winnipeg School Division Bonding and Insurance Requirements.
