B) Development of preliminary construction schematics including Survey, Topographic data, utility location and easements, and support amenities. C) Development of final design plans for site improvements including but not limited to existing and future: Inclusive Splash Pad, Inclusive Restrooms/Changing Rooms, Trail, Picnic Areas, Fitness Area, Community Center Improvements, Permeable Parking, Playground Upgrades, Benches, Fencing, Landscaping, Signage, Surveying, and Permits. E) Development of Specifications and Contract Documents for Construction RFQ's. F) Review of RFQ's, award recommendation to Cameron County or value engineering if RFQs are over budget. G) Project coordination and contract administration during construction. H) Provision of certification documents to comply with Windstorm, FEMA, Building Code requirements, ADA guidelines, and all applicable Rules or Regulations. All drawings and specifications will be signed and sealed by a License Texas Engineer and/or Architect.
