Project awarded to Dave's World for $29,721 The Town of New Gloucester invites proposals from interested contractors who supply and service equipment for handling interior air quality conditions. More specifically, the Town is seeking units to provide heating and air-conditioning for the town's Meetinghouse and Public Library. Any questions about this proposal shall be directed to the Town Manager, Christine Landes at 207-926-4126 Ext. 5 or Public Works Director, Ted Shane at 207-926-4574. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any informalities as necessary. The Town shall retain the right to determine what constitutes an informality. In its decision, the Town may consider if other bidders are placed at a disadvantage by its decision. In all cases, the decision by the Town Council shall be final.
