Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Bellaire, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bids must be accompanied by 1) a business check; or 2) a Bid Bond, specifying the address of the project, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total bid, said check or bond shall be payable to the BCLRC as a guarantee that if said bid is accepted a contract will be entered into. If required, a performance bond satisfactory to BCLRC in the amount to one hundred (100%) percent of the total bid will be furnished. Proposals must be submitted on forms (one per address) included with the bid documents and in strict accordance with specifications, standards, and requirements. Each proposal must state the full name of each person, firm or corporation submitting the bid and making the proposal. Each bid must be signed. The envelope containing the bid shall be marked "BELMONT COUNTY LAND REUTILIZATION CORPORATION". Specification and proposal forms are attached. The BCLRC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid, which in its judgement is deemed to be the lowest and best bid. Contractors will be notified of the selection for contracts by the BCLRC within ten business days.
