The Monroe Regional Airport requests submittals of qualifications from qualified, interested firms to provide professional Engineering Consultant Services. The project will consist of furnishing all services required to supplement the Airport in the provision of design, bidding, construction administration, and inspection related to its program. The services are to be carried out in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and all applicable Federal, State, and Local Codes, Regulations, Ordinances, and Policies. The Airport, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively insure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted no later than 1:45 PM CST, at the Purchasing Division at the address stated below. Any submissions received later than the 1:45 PM deadline will be considered LATE and will not be accepted. No facsimiles, emails, or telephone submissions will be accepted. Submissions shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "RFQ - ENGINEERING SERVICES" on the outside of the envelope, and be delivered or mailed to The City of Monroe, Attn: Curt Kelly, 1014 Grammont St., Monroe, LA 7120 Minority-owned firms and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this request for qualifications.
