The City of Goleta, Public Works Department, invites you to submit a bid to become eligible to perform janitorial maintenance per the Scope of Work outlined in Exhibit A of the JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB). These services are requested to maintain. Bids should include all information as outlined in the RFB, including completing the templates in all Exhibits (of the RFB). Interested firms shall follow the instructions in the RFB, which includes the following timeline. Submit questions by August 11 Award of a contract does not guarantee on-call services will be needed. Sample consultant agreement and insurance requirements are included as Exhibit B of the RFB. Contractor will be expected to comply with agreement terms and insurance requirements after selection. Concerns regarding these documents must be submitted in writing (email) with the bid if they are to be considered.
