Renovation of a detention facility in Headingley, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Labour, Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide construction services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the removal and disposal of the existing demountable sandwich wall and the subsequent supply and installation of a new demountable sandwich wall system to replace materials removed. The work is required within the Powerhouse at the Headingley Correctional Centre, 6030 Portage Avenue, Headingley, Manitoba. Note: Owner has indicated that the existing demountable sandwich wall contains Asbestos. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
