Scope of Work: Base bid work on this project generally includes removal and replacement (complete) with orifice and trash rack of the existing storm water outlet structure, re-mortaring of the existing HERCP near and at the new outlet structure, compacted Type ML/CL material (clay core), removal and replacement of 80 SF of the existing concrete low flow channel, 80 SY of 4" to 7" rip rap 12" thick with filter fabric, removal and replacement of five 2" caliper in-kind trees, removal and replacement of shrubs and stone edging in-kind and topsoil, seed, fertilize, lime, mulch and tack disturbed areas. Accompanying each bid shall be a bid security payment in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to the Township of Hopewell in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and.
