REMOVE AND REPLACE SEPTAGE TANK AT EASTSIDE CAMPGROUND, PINNACLES NATIONAL PARK, SAN BENITO COUNTY, CA The National Park Service, Pinnacles National Park, has a requirement for the removal and replacement of the septage tank at the Eastside Campground. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. All work shall be performed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits required to successfully complete the work. Per FAR 36.204, the project range is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a corresponding size standard of $16.5 million of gross annual receipts for the last three years. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers that are received from concerns that are not small business concerns, shall not be considered. The work of this project includes but is not limited to, removal of an older 1,500-gallon concrete septage tank at the park's Eastside Campground, and replacement of that tank with a new 15,000-gallon fiberglass tank. The work also includes demolition of the existing 1,500 gallon buried concrete septage tank that is currently connected to the RV dump station. All work is to be performed under a single contract.
