Project is no longer needed.** Material and Labor for Rehabilitation of the Exterior of the Purcell Multipurpose Center Located at 1400 Chandler Road, Purcell, Ok 73080. Recommendation Will Be Transmitted to the City Council for Their Consideration and to Take Appropriate Action at Their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 6th, 2022, at 6:00 P.m., at 1515 North Green Avenue, Purcell. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. The Time Within Which a Contract Will Be Executed Following the Notice to Award to the Successful Bidder is Ten (10) Days. Completion of Said Project Will Be Sixty (60) Days After Execution of Contract. General Project Specifications: a. Exterior Repairs to Wooden Features / Fixtures i. Remove and keep all exterior signage. ii. Repair / replace external damage to exterior wooden walls. iii. Replace rotten fascia and soffits. iv. Refasten loose fascia and soffit. v. Refasten and repair rain gutters. vi. Remove and dispose of all debris. b. Exterior Concrete Wall Preparations i. Power wash and clean the exterior walls of the facility that are to be painted. ii. Repair all deteriorated concrete facing of the building. iii. Remove and dispose of all debris. c. Exterior Painting i. Protect all amenities and landscaping that will be impacted by the painting. ii. Apply masonry primer. iii. Paint the inside/outside/trim of exterior metal doors and windows. d. Remove and dispose of all existing roofing materials, fascia boards, trim, unsalvageable decking, and compromised structural components. e. Copies of Bonding and Insurance shall be provided with bid tabulation sheets. If bid is selected, proof of bonding and insurance will be required before contract is accepted
