As of March 3, 2023, this project has been awarded. The public restrooms at Alhambra Park are in need of a complete rehabilitation. The restrooms are located near the tennis courts, workout equipment area and near the band shell. Plans and specifications have been prepared to rehabilitate the Alhambra Park restrooms which include; sandblasting the exterior, repairing and painting the interior and exterior, removal of all current fixtures and skylights, replacement of the roof, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, partitions and the installation of new locking steel gates. Pre-Bid Inquiries: Wednesday, January 11, 2023 not later than 5:00 p.m. Bids must be prepared on the approved Proposal forms in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the City of Alhambra for an amount no less than 10 percent of the amount bid. The contractor shall complete the work within 120 calendar days of the effective date of theCity's notice to proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of sixty days. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
