Four-Stall Bathroom Concrete Structure (Building) The Town of Canton MA is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the manufacturing and delivery of a four-bathroom concrete building to be located in the Paul Revere Heritage Park. This RFP is for a prefabricated concrete building that can be manufactured off-site and delivered to the park in a suitable location on a foundation that meets the vendor's specifications. The proposed building should include four separate facilities, each with a toilet, sink, toilet paper holder and paper towel holders. The building should have a minimum of two ADA compliant facilities. Selection will be based on a price/non-price format as per Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B Section 6. All vendors interested in proposing on this RFP should send a notification of intent to bid to Randy Scollins at rscollins@ town.canton.ma.us by August 11, 2022. Notification of intent to bid is not required but highly recommended and should contain contact information of the person coordinating the vendor's proposal. The Town reserves the right to cancel this RFP or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals if the Town determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the Town.
