Renovation of a transportation facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Working plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
**As of October 10, 2022, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid** Work will address the existing covered trench on the west end of Tarc diesel bus repair bays at 1000 West Broadway, and it will include the removel and replacement of surface epoxy, angle iron support, and metal edging. The work to be quoted is as follows. 1. Remove and replace damaged epoxy to 8" from each side of trench. length of the repair area is 110 each side 220 LF (6 bays) 2. Cut and grind floor surface as needed pour epoxy level with floor. to provide continuous surface. 3.Remove and replace damaged angle iron supports .Remove remaining metal trim edging (1" W X 1/2' h) and replace with new edging the length of trenches. 4.Re-use the existing metal plates level with top of metal trim edging. 5.Re-paint existing 4" traffic yellow safety strip on east edge of trench. 6.Coordinate with Tarc diesel supervisor to plan any interruptions to maintenance activities in bays. Provide any barriers or necessary measures to prevent debris from entering work areas. 7.Haul away all waste material and debris. Intent to Bid Due Date: Aug 11th 2022, 3:00 PM EDT project cancelled
