Upgrades and repairs to the owner's Ignace-Bourget building. The scope of the project includes first phase of windows replacement in T wing. TIMELINE: The owner has decided to modify the project scope and cancelled the tender for the sub trade contractor S22-12 by an addendum issued before the tender closure date. If/when a tender for a project with a new scope is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
