Renovation of a medical facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.
Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) would like to renovation to the existing Family Lounge Area (rooms 3530 & 3526) of the ICU in the Garry Cardiff Wing, level 3, as per design documents. The scope of the work for the renovation of the family lounge area includes, but is not limited to, the following elements: .1 The contractor must provide all materials, specialized labour, tools, accessories, equipment, facilities and services necessary to carry out the work; .2 Gypsum work for the new wall; .3 New kitchenette cabinetry; .4 Re-leveling of all gypsum fallout affected by the insertion of new partitions and the demolition of temporary partitions; .5 Demolition and dismantling work to carry out the work indicated; .6 Painting work; .7 All necessary protection and containment walls including fire/smoke seals; .8 Re-leveling and rehabilitation of existing gypsum surfaces, including plastering and painting.
