**As of November 14 ,2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** We will use standard AIA Documents A101, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor 2017 Edition and A201, General Conditions of the Contract for Construction. The project is to be let to a single general contractor. Standard 10 percent retention amounts will be utilized in the agreement. Performance Bond and Labor & Materials Payment Bond is not required.
