Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a firm to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials, except as otherwise provided herein, to perform land management operations at Lake Shelbyville, Illinois (see Appendix A and A-1 for general location and project map) including wildlife food plot plantings, succession control, maintaining hunter/fisherman parking lots and secondary roads, grass establishment, vegetation removal and rental equipment with operator.
