Sealed proposals, addressed to SAM RAYBURN MUNICIPAL POWER AGENCY will be received for INSTALLATION OF FLOOD BARRIER FOR JASON SUBSTATION as described in the Specifications and Drawings. SAM RAYBURN MUNICIPAL POWER AGENCY reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Any bid received after closing time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be submitted to the following: ADDRESS: SAM RAYBURN MUNICIPAL POWER AGENCY c/o CITY OF JASPER, TEXAS 465 SOUTH MAIN ST. JASPER, TX 75951 SAM RAYBURN MUNICIPAL POWER AGENCY DELTA CONSULTING PROJECT NO. 224.091B A. This work consists of providing all labor and materials to design, construct, manufacture, ship and deliver all items of equipment and materials shown in the Contract Documents. B. This work also includes the safe storing and preservation of said equipment and materials from damage or depreciation by the weather, or other factors, until final delivery to OWNER. C. This work also includes the providing of all documentation drawings (including electronic media format drawings), record drawings, and manufacturer's instruction manuals and associated literature to completely describe and facilitate OWNER'S proposed use of said equipment and materials.
