Demolition and site work for a residential development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Working plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
As of 9/26/2022 project status is Cancelled. For Demolition and Site Restoration of 3506 Linwood Avenue BEGINNING OF WORK The contractor shall start work within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of written notice to begin work, by registered or certified mail, from the City Agency for whom the work is to be performed. No work of any kind shall be done by contractor until so notified. COMPLETION OF WORK The contractor shall secure delivery of all equipment and materials required and shall complete on site work within 30 calendar days from receipt of notice to begin work. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The amount of liquidated damages to be paid by the contractor for each and every working day that he is in default is $200.00. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT The City may terminate this contract at any time for any reason upon thirty (30) days written notice to Contractor. Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Lashaun Marshall, via email at lashaun.marshall@cincinnati-oh.gov.
