Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 3 The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (MERN), through its North Shore Regional Directorate of the Regional Operations sector, requires the services of a service provider to carry out a characterization study types of aquatic habitats in the Otter reservoir. The characterization will include the acquisition of aerial images using drone overflights, the mapping of potential habitat types and the production of a characterization report. The service provider will have to submit a preliminary report before mid-September. The site is located in the unorganized territory (TNO) of Rivière-aux-Outardes, in the regional county municipality (RCM) Manicouagan. For information, the order of magnitude of the work is between $50,000 and $70,000. The service provider must only consider this order of magnitude as an indication and not as a minimum or a maximum. The Minister draws your attention in particular to clauses 3.12 and 3.13 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of eligibility of service providers and compliance of tenders to be respected within the framework of this call for tenders. The tender must be submitted by a service provider having an establishment in Québec where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours.
