Renovation of an educational facility in Tazewell, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Claiborne County Board of Education will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for gym bleachers. Bleacher specifications are: 5 Rows x 70.5', Gross Seats 470/Net Seats 422, Wall Attached/Retractable, 9 5/8" Rise, 22" Row Spacing, 3 Sections, 2 Aisles, T1 Power, 3 Phase with pendant control, Auto Rotate Aisle Rails, Clear Finish Deck Boards and Intermediate Steps with removable front steps. These specs are for the left side and right side of the gym. All bids must include delivery, installation, removal and disposal of existing bleachers. All vendors must provide the company's DUNS/UEI documentation with the bid. Questions may be directed to Georgia Rush, at georgia. rush@claibornecsd.org or at 423-626-3543 regarding any questions. Claiborne County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the county of Claiborne. Claiborne County assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, natural origin, or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.I. 100.259) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal Financial Assistance.
