The Work, to be performed shall, include: Construction of approximatelyl33 linear feet of storm drain improvements, including but not limited to replacement of flow' control riser, replacement of curb and gutter, repair of pavement, landscape restoration and other work necessary to complete the project. Engineers Estimate for this work is $270,000 to $340,000. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section 1-08.5. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashiers check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax. and all listed additives and alternates.
