The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for the Development of Private/Corporate Hangar Building(s) at the Gwinnett County Airport Central Basing Area for the Department of Transportation. Questions regarding proposals should be directed to Lindsey Gravitt, lindsey.gravitt@gwinnettcounty.com, Purchasing Associate II, no later than August 15, 2022 by 10:00 a.m Proposals are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. One unbound original, six (6) bound copies and one (1) pdf electronic thumb drive of the proposal should be submitted. Successful firm will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-6 or higher and must submit any bonds required as a result of contract negotiations.
