For Rebid: Phase III Fiber Cable Assembly Bid prices are to be quoted FOB LSU/Destination and inclusive of any and all applicable shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the solicitation. Any invoiced delivery charges not quoted and itemized on the LSU purchase order are subject to rejection and non-payment. Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of properly executed invoice, or delivery and acceptance, whichever is later It is the intent of the University to award items on a grouped basis to the overall lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) by groups. LSU reserves the right to not award all items in a group. However, regardless of the amount of items awarded per group, award can only be made to the overall lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the entire group. For example, if LSU decides to award items 3 and 17 from group 1, award can only be made to the overall lowest responsive and responsible bidder for items 1-33, even if that bidder is not the lowest bidder for only item 3 and 17. Awarded items within each group will be based on need, funding, and other factors determined by the University. There is no express intent by this ITB to make a guaranteed award of any Route.
