No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. 1.2 SCOPE OF WORK This project includes the erection of a new 300-foot Guyed Antenna Tower with a total of five (5) GTR 8000 stations with digital trunking software at 800 MHz and one (1)GTR 8000 station with digital conventional software at 800 MHz. This project includes the erection of a new 300-foot Guyed Antenna Tower with a total of five (5) GTR 8000 stations with digital trunking software at 800 MHz and one (1) GTR 8000 station with digital conventional software at 800 MHz. The radio frequency equipment at this site will be installed within two racks in a new 12' by 10' equipment shelter complete with HVAC, with antennas installed on a new 300-foot guyed tower. The guyed tower shall include a security fence for tower base/guy wire anchors, gravel pad at tower base, and a +-35 kW diesel emergency power generator. All Radio station equipment and other critical components, required for station operation shall be powered through a 15 kVA (minimum) UPS and provide uninterruptable equipment operation during power outages. The new antenna tower will be equipped with new GTR 8000 radio antennas with LAN/WAN equipment for the City of Adel/Cook County Emergency Services. The project must be interfaced to the Tift County P25 public safety communication network following Tift County's requirements.
