Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gibson City, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Scope : Polyurea Roof System which includes: o Power wash and prepping the surface for vents, primer, and polyurea to be applied o Install the roof vents as needed o Tape, caulk, or foam any gaps or cracks o Apply primer to the surface o Apply silver polyurea to the surface, 80 mil thick (15-year warranty) o Apply silver polyurea to the surface 100 mil thick (20-year warranty) On top of this bid, we are also accepting bids for our North Park Pavilion which is located at 641 N Lott BLVD in Gibson City. For this bid we are wanting: o Removal of existing shingles down to the deck o Re-nail any loose wood and replace any bad or rotten wood o Installment of 3' Owens Corning WeatherLock ice and water shield at all gutter lines and valleys o Install Owens Corning ProArmor Synthetic underlayment to keep roof dry o Install Owens Corning Starter Strip Shingles along all gutter lines, rake edges, and valleys o Install Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Limited Lifetime Dimensional Shingles per specifications o Install Owens Corning ProEdge Hip and Ridge Shingles o Install new ridge vent o Install new pipe and chimney flashings o Clean up all job-related debris o Provide 2 year workmanship warranty and provide owner with an Owens Corning Protection Warranty The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
