Blakely Borough 4th Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project: Base Bid; The proposed project will consist of the replacement of 470 L.F existing sanitary line within 4th Street from the intersection of W. Lackawanna Ave (SR0347) to W. Grant St., along with sanitary service connection and the replacement of Three (3) sanitary sewer manholes and installation of Two (2) new sanitary sewer manholes.The bids will be discussed for award at the regularly scheduled Blakely Borough Council Meeting on August 15, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Blakely Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty(60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Blakely Borough.All qualified contractors will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin or sex.
