Proposals must be received before the date and time of the proposal opening. It is the Contractors' responsibility to ensure that the proposal is received by ONWASA prior to the hour and date specified in this RFP. Any proposals received after that date and hour will be returned unopened. Proposals should be submitted using the Proposal Pricing Form (Exhibit 1) provided in the Request for Proposals and will remain constant for the initial 12-month term SCOPE OF SERVICES The successful Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the pumping, hauling, and disposal of liquid sludge from three (3) domestic wastewater treatment facilities, in accordance with this Scope of Work and all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations. For the purpose of preparing a proposal, the location of each facility with the anticipated volume and frequency of sludge removal is as follows: Northwest Regional WRF, 189 Mills Field Rd. Richlands, NC 28574 Estimated annual digested liquid sludge to be hauled: 300,000 to 400,000 gallons. Percent Solids: Typically, less than 5%. Frequency: Annually (Spring). Truck Loading: Top loading only. Loading Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Summerhouse WRF, 351 Holly Ridge Rd. Holly Ridge, NC 28445. Estimated annual digested liquid sludge to be hauled: 400,000 to 500,000 gallons. Percent Solids: Typically, less than 5%. Frequency: Bi-monthly (6 times per year). Truck Loading: Bottom loading only. Loading Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Swansboro WWTP, 199 Williams Rd. Swansboro, NC 28584. Estimated annual digested liquid sludge to be hauled: 500,000 to 700,000 gallons. Percent Solids: Typically, less than 5%. Frequency: Bi-annual (Spring and Fall). Truck Loading: Top and bottom loading available. Loading Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
