Renovation of a municipal facility in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of October 3, 2022 no one submitted bids for this project. No plan to rebid at the moment.** The City of Goodlettsville, Tennessee is requesting sealed bids for a building and foundation stabilization project. The project includes the contractor review the building and foundation settlement and submit a written plan of proposal for the building and foundation stabilization including project timeline and costs to stabilize the building and foundation to prevent additional movement of the building and foundation. The stabilization is not to lift the building and footing foundation but stabilize the building and foundation in place. The forty (48') feet x eighty-seven (87') feet building is a one-story CMU (concrete masonry unit) block shear wall and concrete roof structure constructed over a continuous building footing foundation system. The building includes an interior floating slab and is clad with brick veneer and stucco.
