Val Verde County's sole purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid is to secure a firm price for an unspecified quantity of road base materials on an as needed basis. Identify that you have a question on Road Material Base Commodity Bid, Bid Number 22-12. Deadline for questions will be August 9, 2022 at 4:30 PM. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity in stating the price in the bid, the County reserves the right to consider the most advantageous bid or to reject any bids.
