Val Verde County is soliciting Request for Proposals ("RFP") from Professional Irrigation Firms for services to design and install a complete irrigation system covering approximately 2.19 acres at Jesse Cardenas Park and 3 acres at Arteaga Park in Del Rio, Texas.
