Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cassville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and 31,431-square-foot fire / police facility.
The project consists of the following scopes of work: concrete, light weight insulated concrete roofing, masonry, steel, carpentry, cabinets, waterproofing, metal wall panels, doors, overhead doors, glazing, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, detention equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage cabling, access controls, security systems, fire alarm, earthwork, asphalt paving, landscaping, and utilities. Nabholz Construction is requesting subcontractor and material proposals for the Barry County Jail & Sheriffs Office located in Cassville, Missouri. The projects consists of a 31,431 SFT office and detention facility located adjacent to Old Exeter Road. Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements: o This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax from your proposal. o This project is Prevailing Wage and will follow Annual Wage Order No. 29 for Barry County. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders section in the Construction Management Manual for bidding instruction and obligations.
