Broome DDSOO is seeking a vendor to remove a flat roof and rebuild with a sloped roof. Tear off and rebuild roof per the attached drawings. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of debris created during project and for cleaning or repairing any part of the facility damaged during work.Contractor shall warrantee work for a period of one year from date of payment . Warrantee shall be for parts and labor. Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturer's instructions and follow industry best practices. Selected vendor must provide up to date Certificate of Liability Insurance and up to date NYS Certificate of Workers' Compensation and Disability Insurance, covering the period in which the service will be provided. To be considered for this project, all bids must be submitted on bid forms provided.
