The Trinity River Authority (AUTHORITY) Huntsville Regional Water Supply System (HRWSS) is soliciting bids for a two-year annual supply of Polyaluminum Chloride (PACL). PACL is used in the water treatment process for settling and coagulation of raw water. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/19/2022 5:00 PM All questions MUST be addressed via electronically. The term of the bid will be for two years commencing on December 1, 2022 and ending on November 30, 2024. To attend Pre-bid meetings or Bid openings, you must register 24 hours in advance of the anticipated visit to be allowed entrance. You must register by emailing your full name, phone number, and pre-bid meeting you are attending to: nrpurchasing@trinityra.org. When you arrive the guard may deny your admittance if you are not on the list and do not have the required valid government issued ID for entrance. See Identification Requirements document for specific details. The AUTHORITY reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any bid, waive minor technicalities or deficiencies, and award the bid to best serve the interests of the AUTHORITY.
