The existing facility is approximately 11,000 square feet and is expected to be expanded to approximately 24,000 square feet. The scope will include pre-construction and construction services. The selected firm will begin in an agency support role for the pre-construction services and will, at some point prior to construction, assume the risk of delivering the project through a GMP Contract. Please limit to two representatives from your team/firm in attendance at the site visit. During a site visit, photographs may be taken but should not include any County personnel, or other campus visitors. Please make sure that attendees arrive on time for the site visit.
